Ummm, it's easy, it's delicious, it's a totally solid breakfast. Add an egg or some almonds on the side for protein and you are in brekky business.
Breakfast Blue Bowl
- 3/4 cooked Quinoa
- 1/2 cup Frozen organic blueberries
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tbls coconut oil
- 1/2 tbls raw honey
- dash of sea salt
- dash of cinnamon
place all in a saucepan on medium heat. Mix until all is warm and combined. Holy yumminess!
