Anti- Inflammatory Smoothie Bowl

After a delicious weekend my body has found itself a tad inflamed. So I made an anti-inflammatory reboot bowl. I hope you enjoy!

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 tbs cacao nibs
  • 1 tbs hemp seeds
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1 tbs ginger 
  • 1 tbs turmeric 
  • 1 cup hemp milk
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • ice
Blend, top with pineapple and enjoy:)
